Collection Officer

Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND); a statement of result is required with the application.
- Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
- Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: NGN50,000 / Month.
- Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
- Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
- Pension plan fully funded by the company.
