This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Cold Chain Supervisor.
The responsibilities include overseeing the storage, transportation, and inventory management of temperature-sensitive goods.
The Cold Chain Supervisor will ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, optimize operational workflows, monitor temperature-controlled systems, and coordinate with vendors and team members to maintain product quality during all stages of the supply chain.
Qualifications
Experience in cold chain management, inventory control, and warehouse operations
5-7 years in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
Proficiency in compliance with safety and regulatory standards for temperature-sensitive goods
Strong organizational and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Technical knowledge in quality assurance processes and temperature monitoring systems
B.Sc. in Refrigeration/Air conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in the automotive or related industry is an advantage
