Co-Founder (Finance Management Skill) at Joliepay Digital Services

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Co-Founder to join our team and help actualize our vision and mission, particularly in the areas of technology/software development, sales/marketing, financial strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology and Software Development:
  • Lead the development and technical strategy of Joliepay’s fintech platform, ensuring a secure, scalable, and user-friendly experience.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment and maintenance, ensuring the platform evolves with market needs.
  • Manage a team of developers, engineers, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and technologies to integrate cutting-edge features into the Joliepay platform.
• Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and target key customer segments, creating tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including payment processors, banks, and other fintech entities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, adapting sales and marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Financial Expertise:
  • Provide financial leadership, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing cash flow to support the company’s growth.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop pricing models, revenue strategies, and financial projections.
  • Engage with investors, manage fundraising efforts, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of Joliepay.
  • Implement financial controls and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Joliepay’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s offerings and expand its market presence.
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive the company’s expansion into new markets, both domestically and internationally.
