Close Protection Officer at Halogen Group

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a discreet, professional, and highly disciplined Close Protection Officer (CPO) with a military background to provide personal security services to high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and VIP clients. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of clients while maintaining the highest standards of operational security and situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver close protection services for VIPs in corporate, public, and private environments.
• Conduct advance planning, threat assessments, and venue security checks.
• Plan and execute secure travel routes, including reconnaissance and real-time adjustments.
• Escort clients during domestic and international movements with utmost discretion.
• Coordinate with security teams, drivers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, security breaches, and potential threats.
• Maintain detailed incident and daily activity reports in accordance with internal protocols.
• Preserve client confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of military experience, preferably in a combat or protective detail role.
• Recognized Close Protection certification (e.g., SIA Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in VIP/executive protection preferred.
• Defensive/tactical driving and evasive maneuvering certification an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
• High level of physical fitness and mental resilience.
• Ability to travel extensively, including international assignments, often on short notice.
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
