You will serve as a major driver of our business operations strategy, promoting best practices in psychological intervention to help our clients flourish and achieve optimal wellbeing and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare or related field
Experience with evidence based counselling and coaching techniques
Able to conduct psychological assessments (neurocognitive, behavioral, psychopathology and personality)
Able to lead in an hybrid team of other mental health professionals
Understanding of the Behavioral Health market and services
Strong understanding of Employee Assistance
Program development and implimentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in Project Management or process improvement an added advantage
Ability to build and sustain relationships with partners, vendors and contractors.
