Clinical Perfusionist at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Clinical Perfusionist to manage cardiopulmonary bypass and other extracorporeal support systems during cardiac and related surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage heart-lung machines during cardiac surgeries.
• Monitor patients’ circulation, oxygenation, and temperature during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain perfusion equipment.
• Administer blood products and medications as directed.
• Work closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient and procedure records.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Clinical Perfusion/Perfusion Science.
• Relevant professional certification/licensing.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Perfusionist in a hospital or cardiac centre.
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary bypass and extracorporeal circulation.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
