We are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
You should have a strong understanding of our products and services and be able to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
Assist clients in understanding and selecting the most suitable insurance products and services
Handle clients' inquiries and provide accurate information
Process insurance policy applications and renewals
Resolve clients' issues and complaints in a timely manner
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Maintain client records and update databases
Stay updated on industry trends and developments
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Identifying potential customers and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Understanding the insurance needs of clients and recommending suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.
Requirements
Previous work experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
