Clients Relationship Officers at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
• Assist clients in understanding and selecting the most suitable insurance products and services
• Handle clients' inquiries and provide accurate information
• Process insurance policy applications and renewals
• Resolve clients' issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Maintain client records and update databases
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Identifying potential customers and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Understanding the insurance needs of clients and recommending suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
