Job Summary:

As a Client Relations Officer, you work to build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers. You are responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of clients, communicating effectively with them, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualification:

• OND - Applicants must have a maximum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND). Applicants with higher qualifications than OND will be rejected outrightly
• Experience Level: Mid-level
• Experience Length: 1 -5 years
