Client Service Intern

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Roles / Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing client document filing-electronic and physical.
- Responsible for calling clients for spot checks.
- Responsible for Account Opening Packages stock keeping.
- Update of all client information on new core banking application- Symplus
- Rotation as Front Desk Officer (Relief) acrossNorrenberger subsidiaries.
- Other client Services related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Lead.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
- Competence/proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as - Ms. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Excellent record keeping
- Soft skills such as Teamwork, initiative Utilization, time management, and multi-tasking.
