Client Service Executive at Fadac Resources

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
• Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations.
• Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project progress and results to clients
• Attend client meetings and take minutes.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications and Marketing or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant agency experience in a similar role.
• Ability to conceptualize business strategy and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
