We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Executive to join our upscale Regenerative and Lifestyle Medicine Centre. This role is ideal for a polished, intelligent, and service-oriented individual who is passionate about creating outstanding client experiences. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will welcome and register patients, manage appointments, maintain accurate patient records, respond to enquiries, coordinate front office activities, and ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, warm, and professional experience.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in any relevant discipline, excellent spoken and written English, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational ability, a high level of professionalism, and impeccable personal presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn digital systems quickly are essential.
