Client Relationship Officer at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and business development.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain consistent communication.
• Prepare reports on client activities, feedback, and relationship status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Support the achievement of customer retention and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be willing to travel within Oyo and Ogun States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
