    Client Relationship Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Monitor industry trends, understand clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet clients’ needs.
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing client account.
    • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to clients.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records, policies, and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and ethical standards.
    • Monitor market trends, competitors and provide clients with insights into market changes.
    • Adapt to changes in the insurance landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Provide regular performance reports to the Senior Client manager, summarizing key client interactions, sales activities, client feedback and progress toward established goals and targets.

    Qualifications

    • B.sc degree in business administration, marketing or any related field; master's degree is a plus
    • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage (CRM)
    • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Insurance industry
