Portfolio Development Lead at Coca-Cola

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Portfolio Management, from activation plans creation (based on Business Plan) to execution in the outlets
• Cooperation with Supply Chain in product development and Trade Marketing & Sales in execution plans development
• Managing Activity & Priorities calendar with full scope of campaigns & novelties for respective categories
• Monitoring competition activities and consumer trends and adjust the brand marketing strategies & plans to meet the changing market & competitive conditions
• Driving portfolio & product development for dedicated brands 
• Ensuring implementation and follow-up of developed marketing strategies and action plans
• Leading Business Plan process for respective categories
• Creating compelling sales force tools and activation

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University degree (preferable in the areas of Marketing and/or International Business Management)
• Min. 3 years’ experience preferably in FMCG in  the marketing/sales area
• Strong project management skills
• Strategic agility and operational excellence
• Can-do attitude and growth mindset
• Strong ability to form effective working partnership with functions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Good MS Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
