    Client Relations Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to enquiries about the company and its services
    • Forward incoming administrative mails to respective staff or units.
    • Respond to rate requests and liaise with Client Services Unit when necessary
    • Manage the relationship between the organization and clients.
    • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as fast as possible
    • Reference all quotations sent out to the clients as requested
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
    • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
    • Handle all possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
    • Follow established communication or client service procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Perform other assigned functions.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Minimum of HND or B Sc. in relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
    • Familiarity with CRM systems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Attention to details
    • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
    • Skilled with the use of professional communications etiquette
    • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
