Role Summary

• The Client Experience Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our luxury brand standards.
• The ideal candidate must be a well-presented, articulate lady with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients, providing a warm and professional luxury brand experience.
• Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
• Maintain an updated record of client interactions and service feedback.
• Support the execution of client engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
• Handle confidential client information with discretion and integrity.
• Uphold the visual and service standards of the brand in all client-facing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Gender: Female (due to brand representation requirements).
• Location: Must reside within Lekki or its environs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Well-groomed and presentable, with a high sense of style and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about luxury brands and delivering premium client experiences.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
