We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CHEW in Nursing who is interested in the position of Client Care Representative (front desk) to join our team at our healthcare facility in Lekki Phase 1.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Very open and Friendly with a client (patients).
Requirements
1-2 years of working experience in customer service or client care
A qualified SSCE / OND / NCE/ holder certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in EMR portal, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
Residency within Ikate, Igboefon, and its environs is mandatory.
