Client Account Manager at JustBrandit Limited

JustBrandit Limited currently seeks to hire a Client Account Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and growing client-business relationships.
• Creating plans to identify and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses.
• Conducting research on various ways to identify new potential client
• Creation of presentations to inform potential or existing clients about their company's products or services. 
• Ensuring that clients are always satisfied with the company’s services and by resolving any outstanding issues.
•  Informing the whole team of new contacts and marketing opportunities
• Developing creative long-lasting solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.S.c/OND any relevant social science field.
• 5-6 years’ experience 
• Prior experience working in an Advertisement/Branding Industry
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Negotiation & Persuasion skills
• Project Management Skills
• Customer relationship and customer service skills
• Strategic perspective
