Cleaning Operations Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri (8:00am-6:00pm) plus occasional Saturdays

QUALIFICATION: OND/HND/BSC

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years

SALARY: 100k net

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure smooth operation on site.
• Mapping out cleaners’ work schedule and implementation of work plan.
• Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.
• Training of new hires and managing their performances.
• Investigation of customer’s complaint.
• Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.
• Reassignment of tasks.
• Management of cleaning equipment
• Daily computation and submission of site report.
