Class Teacher at Total Child School

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and well-organised Class Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and support the academic and personal development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects in line with the school curriculum
• Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment
• Monitor pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents on pupil progress and concerns
• Provide pastoral care and serve as a positive role model
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events
• Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
• Engage in continuous professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Relevant teaching qualification (PGDE/NCE is an advantage)
• Experience in a similar role within a reputable school
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
