Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging Montessori lessons and activities that align with the core Montessori philosophy.
• Prepare and maintain a well-organized, stimulating, and child-centered classroom environment.
• Guide and observe children’s progress, supporting their individual developmental needs.
• Foster independence, curiosity, and respect for others in the classroom.
• Utilize Montessori materials and resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive learning community.
• Monitor and document student growth through observation, assessment, and record-keeping.
• Uphold and promote the values and standards of the Montessori method.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / NCE qualification with 1 - 2 yers work experience.
