Claims and Compliance Manager at Casava Microinsurance Limited

We are looking for an experienced Claims & Compliance Professional to manage and iterate our regulatory compliance and customer claims processes. You will also be responsible for engagements with our reinsurance and insurance partners, policy management and product pricing across all Casava products.  

You'll oversee our Insurance Operations team to work closely with the Business Development, Engineering and Product teams to implement product features—with Casava’s brand values always at the forefront. 

The best candidate for this role is highly analytical, strategic, and experienced in risk analysis and Stakeholder Management. A Professional who's passionate about changing the way that insurance products are delivered to help drive insurance penetration in Nigeria.

Job Requirements

The right candidate might have

• Bachelor’s degree in either Humanities, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance or any relevant field degree
• 7 years experience in the Insurance Industry
• An approximate of 5 years technical experience in Insurance Claims Management
• General understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Nigeria
• Certified member of Chartered Institute of Insurance Nigeria
