Costarchem has an immediate, full-time opening for young Engineers as Technical Sales Executive _Specification. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

Location: Lagos

• Candidate must be interested in developing a career in the construction industry , have have personal attributes for sales and marketing skills, good communication and presentation skills.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Open to learning and growth
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Must be assertive
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills
• Excellent Reporting

Qualification: BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or Quantity Survey

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for providing dedicated specification support to consultants by making them specify our products
• Grow specification sales by building relationship with consultants, architects and civil engineers
• Be thoroughly conversant with Coaster website to promote it and assist customers to maximise its use, while maintaining working knowledge of competitor’s activities
• Promote and sell specification and product systems to specifiers, contractors and clients through visits, seminars, method statements and specification documents
• Provide product and technical training and guidance to architect, consultants and contractors
• Ongoing sales and specification support to key projects
• Prepare right tools like specification documents, method statements, case studies , past references etc that will aid success of coaster specification
