Civil Engineer / Structural Engineer / Architect
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 10 years
- Location Abuja , Lagos , Nasarawa , Ogun , Osun , Oyo
- Job Field Building and Construction , Engineering / Technical
Major Requirements
- B.Sc, M.Sc Civil or Structural Engineering/Architecture/ Building Technology
- CORBON / COREN / ARCON Certified or relevant professional certifications
- Project Management Certification-PMP
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in Construction Industry or multinational companies
- Up to 5 years managerial experience
- Real Estate construction expertise and commercial awareness
- Exhibit a strong knowledge of project management
- Strong business acumen in project planning and construction works Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to lead project teams to success
- Proficient in the use of Construction related Software (Autocad-3D) etc.
