Job Description

• Plan, design, coordinate, and supervise the construction of new 
• Manage construction projects from concept, design, approval, execution, commissioning, and final handover.
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and company specifications.
• Prepare project scopes, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress of construction works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. buildings, warehouses, workshops, truck terminals, office complexes, apartment buildings, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• COREN registration or eligibility for registration is required.
• Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is an added advantage.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil
