Civil Engineer at Leadroitt Realty Limited

As the Project Engineer, you are required to:

• Oversee day-to-day site management
• Monitor and supervise site personnels, contractors, sub-contractors and technicians
• Act as the technical advisor of the project
• Ensure that the project plans, drawings and construction guidelines are strictly adhered to
• Ensure proper quality control, conduct research and recommend proper pricing of materials
• Ensure strict compliance of all statutory laws and procedures
• Ensure full compliance to health and safety matters on the site
• Resolve project issues that nay arise in an appropraite and professional manner
• Provide daily and or weekly reports of all sitr engagements

Qualification:

• B.Sc./HND in civil engineering, structural engineering, building technology or other relevant engineering discipline with at least 5 years relevant work experience in structural engineering..
• COREN Certification is Mandatory.
