Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Relevant professional certification
• Proven years of experience in similar role
• Reviewing blueprints and specifications, evaluating site conditions developing plans
• Managing the budget, working with suppliers and creating delivery schedules
• Ordering and inspecting building materials, setting up and testing equipment, and taking and testing soil samples.
• Acting as a liaison between construction and engineering employees.
• Ensuring projects meet design specifications and codes.
