Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Relevant professional certification
- Proven years of experience in similar role
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications, evaluating site conditions developing plans
- Managing the budget, working with suppliers and creating delivery schedules
- Ordering and inspecting building materials, setting up and testing equipment, and taking and testing soil samples.
- Acting as a liaison between construction and engineering employees.
- Ensuring projects meet design specifications and codes.
