Civil and Structural Engineer

Qualifications/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is required.
- 5 - 10 years of proven professional experience in civil and structural engineering, construction supervision, and infrastructure development.
- Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and other relevant professional bodies is highly desirable.
- A Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in project management, construction management, structural design, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of housing estates, residential developments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in preparing engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, or similar design and analysis tools.
