DESCRIPTION:
Regular and everyday citizens who will use mobile technology and social meida to share stories, reports on happenings in your neighborhood, and dshare commentaries on issues, happenings, topics and people that matter to them from the comfort of the thier home, or office or on the field.
ROLE:
This Citizen Reporter are expected to tell their own truths, report happenings them, and comment on topical issues using their phone and Soical Media
Or, they can also report as Eye witnesses on the spot as events unfold
