• Optimist Media Group is seeking passionate and skilled Cinematography Volunteers to join our creative team. Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute high-quality cinematography projects.
•  Capture captivating footage that align with the vision and objectives of each project.
•  Work closely with the Directors and Producers to understand project requirements and creative concepts.
•  Ensure proper setup and operation of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video shoots.
•  Edit and post-process videos to produce professional and visually appealing content.
•  Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and techniques in cinematography.
•  Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling of projects.
•  Contribute to the development of new concepts and approaches to improve the quality of content.
•  Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and synchronize efforts for cohesive storytelling.
•  Assist in organizing and maintaining equipment and resources and video projects.

Requirements

•  Proficiency in cinematography techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
•  Experience using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.
•  Strong artistic and creative vision, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
•  Excellent attention to detail and a passion for capturing unique and impactful moments.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction and providing input when needed.
•  Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, depending on project requirements.
•  Eagerness to learn and improve your craft, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
•  Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
