Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Cinematographer and Videographer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This full-time role requires a creative individual with a passion for visual storytelling, exceptional video editing skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Write or adapt a story into a script.
• Create visually stunning video assets and other impactful video content.
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
• Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video/film.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/BSC qualification in any field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience working with real estate companies is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in operating drones.
• Seasoned video editor with knowledge of motion graphics.
• Ability to actualize the vision of the brand concept.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for video post-production.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry.
• Artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Possess a win-win attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Proximity to Victoria Island is required.
• Attention to detail and a critical eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and videography skills.
• Must have your own camera.
