    Chinese Translator/Admin Specialist

    • Compiles terminology and information used for translations, including technical terms, especially legal and medical terms;
    • Support in the interpreting of Mandarin to English in special events for all Chinese top management Discusses translation requirements with expatriates, like fees charged and services expected along with contract agreements;
    • Read, proofread, edit and revise as needed any written materials such as, legal documents, medical records, news reports or scientific journals, and rewrite the material into the specified language;
    • Adapt translations to staff if required and collaborate with other translator if necessary;
    • Listen to the speakers’ statements and translate them accordingly;Administration
    • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
    • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed;
    • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;
    • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports while ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information;
    • Plan and present budget for administrative materials on monthly basis;Qualification
    • Background study in any administrative related course;
    • Chinese Proficiency Certification;
    • 2-5 years’ experience in any administrative function;
    • The ideal candidate proficiency level should be above intermediate;
    • Ability to multi-task;
