Chinese Chef Jobs Description

• Responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine for a family. 
• Ability to prepare a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes.
• Able to make necessary food purchases. Thus, he or she should be good at evaluating the quality of food products to ensure that he or she maintains consistent quality standards.
• Expected to improve upon the recipes with occasional experimentation. 
• Prepare dishes based on Employer's demands.

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
• A cooking diploma is required.
• A high school education and on-the-job training.
• Restaurant experience is an advantage
