Chiller/AC Technician at Pally Agro Products Limited

Location: Ashipa Village, Ogun State

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems within our FMCG factory. The successful candidate will ensure that our HVAC systems are operating efficiently to maintain a comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install and repair air conditioning systems, including HVAC units, ductwork, and associated components.
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Replace or repair defective parts in HVAC systems to restore functionality.
• Inspection and Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify issues and potential problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to maintain and repair air conditioning systems.
• Emergency Repairs:
  • Respond promptly to emergency HVAC calls to minimize downtime and ensure a comfortable environment.
  • Implement quick and efficient repairs to resolve urgent air conditioning issues.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
  • Report any major issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC work.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Chiller and AC Technician in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Certification or diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required
