Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and growth plans in the fintech space.
- Ensure that all technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior technology position within the fintech or financial services industry.
