Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at EMGE Resources

Job Description: 

As the CTO, you will oversee all technical aspects of the company and work closely with the executive team to align technology with business goals. You will be responsible for developing our technical vision, strategy, and implementation plan to enhance our products and services while ensuring scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company\'s technology strategy to drive business growth and efficiencies.
• Lead the technology team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and deployment of IT systems and software solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company\'s IT infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into all areas of the business.
• Manage technology budgets and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven company.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technological trends into business opportunities.
