Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technical leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects, and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
• Track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps.
• Strong business acumen and experiencewith P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of industrial automation, control systems or processing engineering.
• Experience with industrial loT, digital twin technology, and smart manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Track record of successful vendor/partner relationship management.
• Experience in M&A technical due deligience.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and risk manageent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytica thinking.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and change management.
