Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the company.
• Plan, execute, and oversee security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and controls.
• Establish security protocols, policies, and procedures for physical and digital security, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement security protocols for safeguarding the organization’s physical assets, facilities, and personnel.
• Manage security personnel and contractors responsible for surveillance, patrols, and emergency response.
• Ensure access control measures are in place, such as ID badges, security checkpoints, and surveillance systems (CCTV)
• Collaborate with executives, department heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure security measures align with organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership and training for security staff, ensuring they understand and follow security protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification is OND in any field
• Must reside in Abuja or its environs
• Minimum of 8 years experience in in security management, or a related field is generally required, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Experience in risk management, incident response, and security audits
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to monitor multiple security systems and data points, identifying potential vulnerabilities
• Proven experience in working in the Security unit, and managing other security personnels
