Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Security Supervisor/Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage our organization's security operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel, including guards and CCTV operators
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as needed
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel
• Investigate security breaches and incidents
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc Degree in any field
• 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role
• Security Related Certifications
• Relevant Training Certificates
• Proximity to Iyana Isolo/Oshodi will be considered
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., CCTV operation, first aid).
