Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND
- Experience as a CSO or similar position. (5 years minimum)
- Formal Security Training.
- Must be proficient in developing, planning, and implementing security protocols and procedures.
- Developing and implementing controls to ensure preventive security measures are enforced.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to investigate and report incidents.
- A good relationship with law enforcement is an added advantage.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills and ability to manage personnel.
