Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Lange and Grant Commodities Limited

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team and oversee the security operations of our company.
• The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as managing the security personnel and equipment.
• The CSO will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as monitor and respond to any security threats or incidents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, procedures, and protocols for the company
• Manage and supervise the security personnel, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline
• Coordinate and oversee the security operations of the company, including physical security, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, etc.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate any risks or vulnerabilities
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies, security contractors, clients, etc., on security matters
• Monitor and respond to any security incidents or emergencies, and ensure proper reporting and documentation
• Maintain awareness of current security trends, best practices, and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or related role
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
