Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO), preferably with a military background, to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization. 
• The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of security experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement security policies to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and company assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures.
• Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and threats, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency response teams, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records of security incidents, access logs, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management (military or paramilitary background preferred).
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
• Experience in managing a team of security personnel.
• Proficiency in the use of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift (7 AM - 7 PM) and respond to emergencies outside working hours.
