    Chief Operations Officer

    Position Summary

    • As we prepare for rapid expansion, we seek a visionary and highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to streamline operations, scale strategy execution, and drive organizational growth.
    • This role requires a seasoned professional with deep roots in the tech space and a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and lead high-performance teams.
    • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as the right-hand executive to the CEO, responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of the company.
    • This role will oversee internal systems, project delivery, product development lifecycles, strategic planning, and business optimisation processes across departments.
    • The ideal candidate must possess a strong tech background, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven track record of delivering operational success in high-growth environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and optimize daily operations to ensure the company runs efficiently and aligns with strategic goals.
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define company direction and execute on vision.
    • Oversee product development timelines, quality assurance, and technical infrastructure.
    • Ensure cross-functional alignment between tech, sales, finance, HR, and client delivery teams.
    • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and excellence.
    • Evaluate risks and implement appropriate systems and policies to ensure compliance and scalability.
    • Mentor and develop senior managers to build capacity across the organization.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees are a strong advantage.
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in operations leadership within the technology sector.
    • Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or other relevant executive role in a tech-driven company.
    • Strong knowledge of software development cycles, agile processes, and digital product delivery.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
    • Experience in scaling startups or managing growth in tech companies is highly desirable.
    • Must be proactive, resourceful, and deeply committed to innovation and operational efficiency.
