Job Description

• Eventually lead the operations of what promises to be the largest e-bike fleet and swap station network in sub Saharan Africa.
• Develop and implement the planning, allocation, maintenance processes and the daily operation of our total fleet.
• Define, implement and document performance metrics, monitor quality standards and compliance.
• Play a leading role in the continued improvement of our operational excellence, develop and implement policies & procedures relating to incident & accident management, maintenance & repairs.
• Assist CEO in fund-raising ventures
• Plan our long-term fleet requirements based on our growth plans, making sure that our suppliers deliver according to our operational needs and as per contractual standards.
• Use your highly developed analytical skills to drive fleet planning, inventory monitoring, utilization and more, always keeping a balance between operational requirements and investment

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years Experience working in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, or transportation company
• Relevant experience managing a fleet size of over 300 people generating revenue of 1 - 2 million dollars annually.
• Keen eye for data and detail with experience setting up dashboards and reporting infrastructure to build insight-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills to engage and line with internal and external stakeholders
