Summary of Responsibilities:

As the Hotel Director, you are to oversee the holistic management of the hotel's operations, you are to utilize your extensive professional knowledge and experience to identify, develop, and manage business opportunities. Your primary focus is on revenue generation, profitability enhancement, and overall business growth.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Communication:

• Strategic Decision-Making: Demonstrates practical problem-solving skills, anticipates challenges, and develops effective solutions.
• Availability and Accountability: Ensures presence during all assigned shifts, exhibiting flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary.

Product Quality:

• Consistent Planning and Training:
• Coordinates planning, training, and coaching for all products to ensure consistent quality.

Guest Service:

• Customer Service Excellence: Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service, handling orders, and payments efficiently.
• Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of current marketing promotions, merchandising standards, and special initiatives.
• Training, Development, and Administration:
• Recruitment and Retention: Recruits, interviews, selects, and retains a high-performing team aligned with organizational standards.

Profitability:

• Operational Efficiency: Maintains operational efficiency and profitability to meet or exceed sales expectations.
• Cost Control: Manages food costs within budget, implementing solutions to control waste and cost variances.
