What You will Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations with agility, innovation, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and oversee marketing, PR, and growth strategies across radio, FM, digital, and social media platforms 
• Drive business growth while fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Design and implement systems, processes, and strategies for sustainability and growth.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.
• Lead digital transformation efforts to improve how content is delivered and how audiences engage.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Serve as the brand’s spokesperson, representing it with partners, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Anticipate technological disruptions and position the station for future competitiveness.

What We Are Looking For

8 years’ or more -impactful experience (media, digital, or creative industries preferred). Senior leadership experience is desired.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Media Management, or related field.
• Must be female—for proper gender diversity
