RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing overall operations and responsible for the effective andsuccessful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established by the Company.
• Serves as a company representative on regulatory issues.
• Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting whilst constantly searching for opportunities to expand the business capacity.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
• Managing Operations generally which includes petty funds.
• Collating staff salaries
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
• Making sure the company is properly stuffed at all times.
• Working with the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the management to clarify strategy and objectives to translate to a clear deliverable plan.
• Manage budget to align with goals of the business
• Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Performing quality control and monitor production KPIs.
• Overseeing production processes.
• Crisis management along with the Director when situation calls for it.

QUALIFICATION

• 3 - 5 years of experience working in same or similar role
• Good work ethics
• Good knowledge of the fashion Industry is an advantage
• Not younger than 28
