Chief Operating Officer at Nimojen Group Limited

Role summary:

• The COO will run the Group’s day-to-day operations across its subsidiaries, turning strategy into efficient, profitable and scalable execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations across marketing and sales, logistics, inventory, procurement and general administration
• Set and track operational KPIs, budgets and performance targets for each business unit
• Improve supply chain, distribution and inventory control to cut cost and wastage
• Oversee sales operations and work with commercial teams on market growth and route-to-market strategy
• Standardise processes, SOPs and reporting across subsidiaries
• Manage and develop department heads and senior managers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health and safety, and quality requirements
• Provide the GMD with regular operational reports and recommendations

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 6 years’ progressive experience in manufacturing, FMCG or retail, or in oil and gas, energy, fintech or similar industries
• Proven experience across sales and marketing operations, logistics and inventory management, and general administration
• Track record of leading large teams and multi-site or multi-business operations
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
