Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer to take charge of company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across projects, technical, and support functions
• Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable operating plans and KPIs
• Drive process optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency company-wide
• Build and lead high-performing departmental heads and project teams
• Manage risk, compliance, and quality assurance across all engineering deliverables
• Report performance and operational health to the Board/Executive team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 20 years' experience with at least 10in a senior operations role
• Proven track record in an engineering, EPC, or technical consultancy environment
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Sound understanding of project management, HSE, and quality systems.
