Job Requirements
- Must have Team Leadership/People Management Spirit
- Team Leadership/People Management
- Must be Self-Disciplined and have Leadership quality
- Must be Computer Literate (Especially Excel)
- Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Satisfaction.
- Sales metrics/knowledge and performance tracking/management
- Good Business acumen
- Accounting Knowledge
- Strategic Planning
- Warehouse Management standards
- Marketing Skills
- Procurement standard knowledge
- Human Resource Management
- E-commerce Management
- Knowledgeable in Inventory Control & Reporting
Qualifications
- BA / M.Sc Degree in any Science related discipline, MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 Years' experience is a similar role.
- Must have worked in an FMCG company or a Financial Institute.
Remuneration
